ClinicalKey

ClinicalKey is a clinical search engine for doctors. 

Content is updated daily, so you can be sure you have the most up-to-date answers.

Search effortlessly through thousands of resources:

  • full text journals and books
  • procedural videos
  • drug monographs
  • guidelines
  • systemic reviews, meta-analysis, and clinical trials and more.

You can also:

  • get quick answers for point of care
  • print patient education handouts

Accessing ClinicalKey

There are three ways you can access ClinicalKey and create a login.

 

Option 1

Access through the BMA library and archive catalogue

  • Search for the article, book, or chapter title that you need in the BMA library and archive catalogue.
  • If the title is available from ClinicalKey, click the link to access the resources directly.

Option 2

Access directly on the ClinicalKey website

  • In ClinicalKey, go to the 'Log in via your institution' section, select OpenAthens login.
  • Search for The British Medical Association in the 'Find your institution' box.
  • Log in using your BMA credentials.

Option 3

Use the app to access ClinicalKey on the go

Download and open the ClinicalKey app.

Android users will need to download this from Google Play.

  • Choose organisational subscription.
  • Select ClinicalKey as the product you'd like to use.
  • Choose the ClinicalKey.com edition.
  • Choose to access via your organisation.
  • Search for The British Medical Association to select as your organisation.
  • Log in using your BMA credentials.

An interactive education platform built to help medical students review study progress and pass their exams.

Access ClinicalKey Student

Use your BMA website username and password to log in, then register to create a dedicated login account for ClinicalKey Student.
