What to expect from this event

  • Debate and decision-making: discuss motions from medical schools across the UK and vote on issues affecting medical students.

  • A greater focus on campaigning: approximately half of conference will be dedicated to facilitated campaign-planning sessions, helping turn shared concerns into practical action.

  • Interactive organising workshops: hear from organisers and campaigners about their experiences and explore approaches you could apply at your medical school.

  • Small-group collaboration: work with fellow delegates and facilitators on a campaign theme, contributing to existing MSC priorities and developing ideas arising from conference motions.

  • Connections across medical schools: share experiences, exchange ideas and build relationships with students from across the UK.

  • Time to socialise: meet other delegates informally and enjoy the conference dinner and social event.

What you will learn
