Salaried GP handbook

The BMA’s salaried GP handbook is written for salaried GPs and GP employers. It will also be of interest to those who are intending or about to become salaried GPs.

It explains the legal entitlements of salaried GPs as employees and helps to ensure that salaried GPs are aware of their statutory and contractual rights. It also helps to prevent GP employers contravening the law unwittingly.
