About the event
Joint meetings and discussions between experts are requested by the courts in an attempt to save court time, reduce legal costs or to help the parties to settle the action. These discussions between experts may feel more informal than the courtroom, but they are just as important to the outcome of the case and therefore it is crucial experts understand their duties and the legal obligations placed upon them in these meetings.
