Our leadership programmes are free, one-day, CPD-accredited courses that aim to instil positive leadership values in BMA members, equipping you with the skills and confidence needed to effectively lead others.
Since launching in June 2014, the course has proved to be popular, with over 650 committee members trained so far. The programme is formed of foundation and advanced level courses and the sessions are designed to be engaging, interactive and thought-provoking.
The programme surpassed my expectations. It will make me reflect on my own leadership skills and improve them.
