A postal ballot will be sent to eligible SAS members and should be received by Monday 13 November. If you have not received your ballot by then, first check your details are correct and then contact [email protected] to let us know.
Complete the ballot and post it in the provided prepaid envelope – you do not need to pay for return postage. We would advise you do this ASAP, so it’s safely received well before the ballot deadline. The latest safe date to post your ballot is 11 December 2023.
Ballots sent by freepost after this date may not be received by the deadline (midday 18 December).
Ballot dates for specialist grade doctors
A small group of specialist grade doctors are being balloted separately and will receive their ballots in the week commencing 27 November. These ballots have a later deadline of 8 January and we would advise a last safe posting date of 3 January.
