Make sure you have your say in shaping BMA policy by taking part in the next junior members’ forum.
Places are now available for the upcoming JMF conference, which will take place in York between 26 and 28 January.
Free to attend, the forum is an annual opportunity for junior members of the association to learn and to help shape wider BMA policy.
The conference will include a welcome and introduction by JMF chair Ellen McCourt, and talks from speakers including British Orthopaedic Trainees’ Association president Simon Fleming, motivational speaker Kate Allatt and psychiatrist and author Joanna Cannon.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in a questions-and-answers session, and attend a networking lunch event chaired by BMA members.
The second day of the forum will also see elections to the JMF’s executive committee and the nomination of delegates to attend the 2018 annual representative meeting. Those eligible to attend include medical students and all doctors within 12 years of provisional registration or 11 years of full registration.
The application deadline is 5pm on 12 December.
