In this new masterclass, we will turn the lens on ourselves as individual leaders, combining insight from psychometric tools with facilitated discussion, introspection and reflection.
This highly interactive full day masterclass will require completion of the MBTI® assessment prior to the course, following on from which we will help you interpret your personal preferences profile, to support you in turning this insight into personal leadership effectiveness.
By the end of the full day masterclass, you will have:
- Completed the MBTI® assessment and have received your full MBTI® Personal Impact Report;
- Explored your reported MBTI® type and had the opportunity to explore your best fit;
- Gained insight into your leadership style and how your communication and decision-making styles support this;
- A clearer understanding of how your personal leadership effectiveness can develop, applying principles of emotional intelligence, reflective practice and coaching; and
- Identified areas of personal leadership development to prioritise following the course.
