The conference will be held over two days on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 April 2018, with motions submitted on a variety of subjects from all 36 medical schools around the country.
These motions are debated and voted on, with successfully passed motions becoming conference policy and taken forward by the BMA medical students committee (MSC).
The conference aims to:
- Provide a comprehensive update on the issues that the medical students committee has been campaigning for on your behalf
- Provide an opportunity to hear from inspiring leaders
- Offer you a chance to meet fellow students from other medical schools and exchange examples of good practice.
Delegations from each school and motion selection are co-ordinated by your MSC representative who will also be attending to represent your medical school.
If you are interested in getting involved in this year's conference, get in touch with your local MSC representative.
