Taking steps to build on your own personal skills and practices of self care can really help, and approaches such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and mindfulness/compassion are ideally suited for this.
During this course, you will:
- build on your understanding of why we feel the way we do and how outside life events impact on our feelings and well-being
- learn cognitive behaviour and mindful/compassion approaches for your own self help
- learn how to build and promote these approaches within your personal and working lives.
