Self care, self aware - building resilience

A practical workshop to support your emotional health and well-being.

Certain life and work experiences and pressures can test your emotional resilience, and often compromise your general well-being.

Taking steps to build on your own personal skills and practices of self care can really help, and approaches such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and mindfulness/compassion are ideally suited for this.

During this course, you will:

  • build on your understanding of why we feel the way we do and how outside life events impact on our feelings and well-being
  • learn cognitive behaviour and mindful/compassion approaches for your own self help
  • learn how to build and promote these approaches within your personal and working lives.
