As part of our ‘Urgent prescription for general practice in Wales’ campaign, BMA Cymru Wales is calling for GPs to share their experiences of working within general practice.
The profession is facing unprecedented pressures, with a significant gap between the demand placed upon it and its capacity. These pressures are not limited to one area; general practice is being forced to try and cope with inadequate resources, an unsustainable workload, and a workforce under considerable strain across the whole of Wales.
By hearing your stories and creating case studies of GPs throughout Wales, we can build a fuller picture of the challenges faced by GPs and ensure this conversation continues.
