BMA (NI) offers individual coaching sessions to members living and working in Northern Ireland. These sessions will help you to feel better prepared and more confident about the interview process.

Overview of the coaching sessions

Whatever your circumstances, we understand that this can be a very anxious and challenging time for you, we are here to help. 

Whilst the content of each session is dependent on your individual needs, the overall objectives are to:

  • provide and advice and guidance with regards to interview preparation
  • build understanding and confidence about the interview itself
  • provide an opportunity to experience mock interviews.

Sessions are online 

Each individual session can take up to one hour and are currently taking place online via Skype.
