Legally aided cases
The Legal Services Commission does not issue guidance on fees, though it appears that reference is sometimes made to the fees issued by the Lord Chancellor's Department. Doctors are advised to read the guidance in the introduction of this schedule and the note in witness to fact, before proposing fees to solicitors.
