10 - Medico-legal fees
BMA suggested fees
Following a ruling by the Office of Fair Trading, the BMA is no longer able to suggest fees for medico-legal work not covered by the fees and allowances set out in the other sections of this schedule. In determining an appropriate fee, account should be taken of time spent in examinations, reading documents, consulting with solicitors and travelling time involved.
