? Can I refuse to be tested?

Guidelines state that the following groups should not be allowed to perform EPPs and/or continue professional training if they refuse to be tested:
- Health care workers whose work involves the performance of EPPs and who already know that they have been infected with HCV
- Health care workers who are intending to undertake professional training for a career that relies on the performance of EPPs
