Gender Identity Research and Education Society
The Gender Identity Research and Education Society (GIRES) aims to inform a wide public of the issues surrounding gender identity and transsexualism. The GIRES website is also a resource for gender dysphoric people and their families, the medical and other professionals that provide their care, Health Authorities, Members of Parliament and other policy makers.
Men's Health Forum
The Men’s Health Forum provides an independent and authoritative voice for the health and well-being of boys and men in England and Wales.
Press for change
Press for Change is a political lobbying and educational organisation, which campaigns to achieve equal civil rights and liberties for all transgender people in the United Kingdom, through legislation and social change.
The Gender Trust
The Gender Trust provides support and information for anyone with any question or problem concerning their gender identity, or whose loved one is struggling with gender identity issues. The Trust is also recognised as an authoritative centre for professional people who encounter gender identity related issues in the course of their work. In particular this group includes employers, human resource officers, health workers and information services.
Women's National Commission
The official and independent advisory body giving the views of women to the government of the United Kingdom. It is an umbrella organisation representing women and women's organisations in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales to ensure women's views are taken into account by the government and are heard in public debate.
