National Seminar on Career Progression

A national career progression seminar has been organised in Sheffield for SAS doctors on Saturday 21 May 2005.
Speakers include Awani Choudhary, chair of the BMAs Negotiating subcommittee and chair of the BMA's negotiating team taking forward the new SAS contract negotiations. Prof Dame Lesley Southgate is coming from London to talk about competency assessment and PMETB.
Issues covered include the European Working Time Directive, appraisal and optional points etc.
This seminar will be of great interest to all SAS doctors.
