Connecting for Health - the NHS Care Records Service in England

You should by now have received the BMA guidance on the Care Records Service, circulated by the BMA and Connecting for Health. If you have not yet seen this document it is also available here.
The guidance was intended primarily for doctors in England. However, we felt that due to cross border issues and the knock-on effect that the CRS will have on the devolved nations, it was important that everyone across the UK was aware of the developments.
The BMA also has information specifically on developments in other countries on our website and we are producing an electronic newsletter which will contain an update on Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
