Now available - medical and health DVDs, to borrow from the BMA Library

12 January 2005

In addition to our TV archive (available on DVD since April 2004), we now stock commercially produced DVD titles.

Our most recent additions include the six-disc series Acland's DVD atlas of human anatomy (Highly Commended in the 2004 BMA Medical Book Competition), the BBC's The Human Body and programmes on schizophrenia and phobias.

These are available for loan and we can post them out to you. It is not possible to place online requests, so please call 020 7383 6639 to borrow videos or DVDs: For a general search of the BMA Library's collection of films, videos and DVDs go to the BMA Library online catalogue. The DVD titles have a location mark that end in D, eg BMA 2166D.

For more information please contact Ann-Emily Brew on 020 7383 6639.
