Memorandum of evidence to the Review Body on Doctors' and Dentists' Remuneration

Doctors should get pay rises of at least 4% in order to recruit, retain and motivate them, the BMA says in its evidence to the DDRB (Doctors and Dentists Review Body).
BMA Chairman, Mr James Johnson, says, “Doctors are working intensively and under huge pressure to cut waiting times and deliver high quality services. They deserve a pay rise that reflects their continuing hard work for the NHS.
