“Effective career advice is vital to all junior doctors and is much more than guidance on speciality choice.

Effective CV writing and interview skills are of great help to inspire confidence and help secure the ideal post.

Presentation, negotiation and management skills are of use throughout your medical career and it is never too early to start developing these skills before moving up from being a junior doctor to a consultant”
